This is important. You will receive a packet containing the quantity of tags
and inventory sheets needed for the number of entries you will have.
ENTRY FORM MUST BE POSTMARKED BY SEPTEMBER 2, 2008 with entry fee paid for
your name to be listed on the invitation. All entries are due, fully paid, by
November 1, 2008.
WAIVER
I absolve all four above listed guilds, Art Center Sarasota and all show
committee members from all responsibility for loss or damage from any cause
whatsoever which may occur to the items which I have brought for display and/or
sale, before, during or after the sale dates.
I agree to be fully responsible to buyers of items, which I have produced and
hereby release any of the above guilds from any claims made against them with
respect to such items.
